Have you known that “Scientists Discovered A “Second Earth”?

In the past, thousands of exoplanets have been discovered in the universe, but none of them is like Proxima B. Scientists unearthed a hidden exoplanet from old Kepler Space Telescope data.

Astronomers have now confirmed the existence of a second planet Earth located in the Proxima Centauri System. The planet is believed to have oceans just like Earth and may have host alien life.

A new discovery was made in the Proxima Centauri System which comes in the form of a Second Earth. According to experts, this planet is sure to have inhabitants that evolved the same way we did millions of years ago.

Proxima B is by far one of the most interesting discoveries of our generation as it actually is an exact replica of our own planet, albeit a little bit rockier and more massive.

Since the planet does harbor liquid water it could also potentially include alien life, as well as all of the conditions of life, are met on it.

Sitting close to us at around 4 light-years away from our own planet, or 25 trillion miles, experts believe that a voyage to it would greatly benefit humanity as a whole.

The planet, named Proxima B is believed to be around 1.3 times the size of our planet and has the ideal temperature on the surface for water in a liquid state to exist. The planet’s temperature is around -90 to 30 degrees Celsius, so although it can be quite damaging to us, with the right equipment we could definitely live on it.

Even if the planet doesn’t have life on it, the fact that it can sustain life in the first place makes it the best option for human colonization in the future.

This is by far the best chance we’ve ever gotten to discover life on another planet and that’s just a fact.

Although it may seem impossible to each, many believe that with how fast technology’s advancing as we speak it shouldn’t take too long before scientists discover a way to perform the huge leap towards it.
