LeBron James and his son, Bronny James, made history on Sunday night by officially becoming the first father-and-son duo to play as teammates in an NBA game during a Lakers preseason matchup against the Phoenix Suns.
Bronny, celebrating his 20th birthday, entered the game at the start of the second quarter, marking this significant milestone. The father-son pair began the quarter side by side, defending together as the Suns inbounded the ball.
LeBron returned to action for Sunday’s game after sitting out Friday’s contest against the Timberwolves for rest.
