“Operación Rescate” is an action film directed by Pasha Patriki. The story revolves around CIA agent Wheeler (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme), who survives a secret mission where his teammates are killed. 
As a result of his involvement, Wheeler was imprisoned in a secret CIA prison located in a decommissioned nuclear submarine off the coast of New Orleans. 
Now considered a national security threat, Wheeler finds himself detained alongside terrorists and dangerous criminals. To escape and discover the reason behind his imprisonment, Wheeler must team up with fellow prisoner Marco (played by Dolph Lundgren).
