“Underwater” (2020) is a sci-fi horror film directed by William Eubank. The story follows a group of researchers working at a deep-sea drilling facility seven miles below the ocean’s surface. When an earthquake devastates their station, they must navigate the ocean floor to reach safety while being pursued by mysterious and deadly creatures.
The team, led by mechanical engineer Norah Price (Kristen Stewart), battles not only the external threats but also their own fears and the oppressive environment of the deep sea. As they struggle for survival, they uncover a terrifying secret about the true nature of their mission and the ancient creatures that inhabit the abyss.
