“The Immortals” (2011) is a fantasy action film directed by Tarsem Singh. The film stars Henry Cavill, Mickey Rourke, Freida Pinto and Luke Evans.
Set in ancient Greece, Immortals follows Theseus (Henry Cavill), a young farmer chosen by Zeus (John Hurt) to lead the war against King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke). 
Hyperion is a tyrant waging war against the gods in search of a weapon capable of destroying the gods and causing chaos in the world. Theseus, driven by personal revenge and a sense of duty, must gather an army and use his own skills to stop Hyperion and prevent impending doom.
