While a Lakers victory would have been the icing on the cake, the Phoenix Suns triumphed over the Lakers with a score of 118-114. Nevertheless, Bronny is set to continue the family legacy, making history alongside his four-time NBA Champion dad.

During the game, LeBron and Bronny created a milestone by starting the second quarter together, becoming the first father-and-son duo to play on the same NBA team. LeBron dazzled fans with his skills during his 22nd preseason appearance, finishing with 19 points, five rebounds, and four assists, shooting an impressive 67 percent from three-point range.

Bronny played for 13 minutes, contributing two rebounds to the game. The newly turned 20-year-old was selected by the Lakers with the 55th overall pick in the 2024 NBA draft, a decision that thrilled Lakers Nation when it was announced in July. Fans took to social media to celebrate this historic night as a dream came true for both the James family and their supporters.
