X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)
X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) is a superhero film directed by Bryan Singer and based on the Marvel Comics’ X-Men characters. The movie serves as a sequel to both X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) and X-Men: First Class (2011), while also being a follow-up to The Wolverine (2013).
The plot revolves around a dystopian future where mutants are being hunted to near extinction by the Sentinels, powerful robots designed to detect and eliminate mutants. 
In a desperate attempt to save their kind, the remaining X-Men send Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) back in time to the 1970s. His mission is to prevent an event that will lead to the creation of the Sentinels: the assassination of Dr. Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage) by Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence).
