She suggested that her choice to partner with an independent, Black-owned touring company, AG Entertainment, had upset larger promoters, who she believes are now spreading misinformation to hurt her ticket sales.

“This is how they try to do you when you go with an independent promoter and the bigger companies try to sabotage you,” she said, reaffirming her decision to work with AG Entertainment despite the pushback.

Despite the initial setbacks, the tour has been moving forward smoothly. Sexyy Red added even more star power to her lineup by announcing Kodak Black as one of her supporting acts. Other names joining the tour include Hunxho, Loe Shimmy, and Blakeiana.

In addition to her successful tour, Sexyy Red has been racking up accolades. In August, her track “Get It Sexyy” was certified gold, while her breakout hit “Pound Town” achieved platinum status, marking a major milestone in the rapper’s career.
