Finch, a robotics engineer, lives in an underground bunker with his loyal dog, Goodyear. Realizing his days are numbered due to a terminal illness, Finch builds a humanoid robot named Jeff (voiced by Caleb Landry Jones) to take care of Goodyear after he’s gone. The film explores themes of companionship, survival, and the enduring human spirit amidst the ruins of civilization.
