Almost everyone loves the sea. Whether it is swimming, diving or just relaxing beside it. The sea has a magical allure on most of us.

As wonderful as it is we must however remember that we are strangers entering another world. It cant be emphasized enough about maintaining and respecting boundaries between ourselves and marine life. You know the don’t touch rule and the saying “leave nothing but bubbles”

That being said, the fact that when we are in the sea we are out of our natural element. This makes us prone to over reacting or not properly reacting when we either see or experience the unexpected.

We should be aware of dangerous marine life and how to handle precarious situations that we may find ourselves in. The experiences of others, as captured in video, can greatly enhance our comfort levels and teach valuable insights that may prove to be life saving.

I recently came across the following you video. It does a great job at presenting what its producers call “15 most dangerous ultimate close calls that occurred in the sea”.

As you watch the video you may recall some of the scenarios presented. However, Amerikano does a great job at highlighting important aspects of each scenario that we were not brought to the forefront over the sensationalism.

Although, I have seen many of the clips in the video before. I was surprised by the amount of additional insights presented for each situation that were completely overlooked before.

I found the video to be worth sharing. It is very informative and engaging.
